Planning ahead is the most important way of having your goods bought and shipped in a timely manner. First decide on the items you want and the retailer you would like your goods purchased from. Then plan your budget, pay close attention to the exchange rate as all items and shipping will be charged in US currency. We use a well established shipping company and once at the country of destination, TWTraders will inform their client when their goods can be collected. Should you choose to use our additional services we will handle all the transaction with customs officials and we can also have your goods delivered directly to you door. This services allows customers to avoid all the inconveniences involved in going to the major ports to retrieve their items. TWTraders provides every client with a transparent and efficient service which is detailed “Step by Step” below:

PURCHASING:

• E-mail your wish list of items detailing the following information

• TWT will provide an approximate cost of your total transaction by adding  the cost of your goods to the cost of shipping and landing and advising on the estimated Duty and V.A.T (please note that the final cost will be given in USD)
• Once you approve the order TWT will make the purchase and send you a confirmation of the invoice from the retailer(s)

PAYMENTS

• TWT applies a service charge to the cost of your goods and shipping
• The more you buy the lower the rate
• Please ensure that you have your payments ready once you approve the order
• Payments can be made with any major credit card using the secured Pay Pal system by clicking on the link above. Please note that all payments will be charged to your account in US currency. In Trinidad payments can also be made in cash to a local bank. This information will be provided upon request
• Once the order is confirmed and the payments received, TWTraders will immediately purchase the goods and send you the confirmation receipt
• The shipping process will then be initiated

SHIPPING

• Shipping time will include;
• Time stated by the retailer for delivery
• The time for the goods to sail to destination
• Once goods are received they will be shipped on the next vessel sailing
• Vessel sailing occurs Monday to Friday depending on destination
• Vessels arrive within seven (7) days of sailing(based on weather conditions and destination)
• Please allow 1 – 2 days for the unloading of containers
• At this time clients will be informed of the arrival of their goods and the date that they can be collected
• All documents to retrieve your goods will be provided for you by TWT
• Customs Declaration
• Bill of Landing
• Please note that customers are responsible for the Duty and V.A.T charged by Customs Officials for retrieving their goods
• Customers are responsible for providing their own mode of transportation unless they have chosen the Premium Package.

Shipping with FedEX, US Post or Skybox, will be determined by the weight and dimensions of the package as well as the desired delivery time.
